• No Accounts: You do not need to create an account to use Binder.
• No Tracking: We do not use cookies, trackers, or analytics SDKs to monitor your behavior.
• Local Storage Only: Any cards you scan or decks you build are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your collection or deck lists.

3. Permissions Binder may request the following permissions for functional purposes only:

• Camera: Used solely to scan Magic: The Gathering cards. No images are uploaded to our servers.
• Internet Access: Used to fetch real-time pricing and card data from third-party APIs (Scryfall/TCGplayer).

4. Third-Party Services While Binder does not collect your data, it interacts with the following third-party services to provide card data and pricing:

• Scryfall API: For card imagery and Oracle text.
